A Tradition Since 1978

Lebanese Heritage Days was established in 1978 to celebrate the rich traditions of Easton's Lebanese-American community. What began as a small parish gathering has grown into the largest Lebanese festival in the tri-state area, drawing thousands of visitors each summer from across the Lehigh Valley and beyond.

Hosted by Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, the festival is an all-hands-on-deck labor of love. Church members donate both the ingredients and the labor to prepare thousands of pounds of authentic Lebanese food. Every dish is made from scratch using treasured family recipes passed down through generations.

The festival also serves as the church's single largest annual fundraiser, supporting the parish's mission, programs, and community outreach throughout the year.

Music, Dance & Celebration

The festival comes alive with the sounds of live Arabic music throughout both days. Our talented musicians fill the air with traditional melodies that have been cherished for generations.

A beloved highlight each year is the performance of our children's ethnic dance troupes, who spend weeks rehearsing traditional dabke routines. These Saturday and Sunday evening performances are a celebration of heritage being passed to the next generation.

Guests are always welcome to join in the dabke — the traditional Lebanese line dance — on the open-air dance floor. In keeping with Lebanese custom, friends and family throw money over the dancers' heads, with all funds donated to the church.
